In this class we will be using Technology becuase this is a new way to learn. Each students will be assigned a labtop on the first day of school where they will be able to take it home and nust bring it back the next day. You may be asking why is this english teacher making her students us e technology in a english class. Well the answer to your question is that every students now a days urf the web more than they watch T.V. or go out and play so using technology is the best way. One of the technology site the students are going to use is river deep which is a website where the students are able to go on and learn new ways on how to read a essay they give the students different tools and worrd choices so they would not use the same words. Another reason why the student will be using technology is to research different assignent that they will be given. They will be able to reseach how to make a refernce page or how to start a essay and how to find different things about english. The stidents will use podcast to record their essay that they have written and this would help them to listen to their selfs and learn some mistake s that they may have made while they was writing their essay. The students will also make a blog to discuss the different topic that the teacher have given them. The students will be able to feedback on what their peers have said. Using technology is one of the best tool to use to keep your students active and not sittin g in their desk with a pen or a paper.
